Shipping & Delivery: Unless stated otherwise shipping costs are $15 . Goods are shipped via AAE overnight delivery. PO box adresses accepted.

Returns & Replacements

Refunds: Goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs incured in returning the goods come at the buyers expense.
The shipping costs incurred in shipping your goods are not refundable ($10-15) even if the product was delivered free of charge. 15% re-stocking might apply.


Warranty: All our media players are covered by 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranties are handled by ourselves, in our base in Perth. Faulty goods are returned to us and we repair or replace a player in around a week.
